an annoyed grunt escapes him, suddenly coming to a halt. “ lon-- ” he holds out his hand, stopping lonnie along the way too, then shows his new iphone. the flash is turned on and tommy cannot for the life of him figure out why it keeps doing that. “ the fuck is up with this. you know how to fix it? ” for most of his life, he has used a 2g phone, not particularly seeing the need for a smart phone. eventually iphones were used for work purposes but it was only recently that he switched from an iphone 6 to the latest one. he hates it.

after having a few drinks and picking at the food in small platters, he makes his way around the bat trying to keep himself in best spirits. thankfully a familiar face pulls him away from the mess of the great hall. the moonlight shining above the pair he turns to him ❝ look at you, looking all put together. ❞  the joke is evident between the pair. someone new who didn’t know about his past, they just simply knew the adonis in the moment. ❝ so, you came alone or did your date runway already ?  ❞
