Logical Ruse part doo

Trigger warning: blood, suggested death (i swear this is fluffy, where are you going, stop running away)

So let’s say it’s final exam time for class 2A

The test: 2 student villains vs 2 student heroes. A variation of last year’s exercise

Aizawa: heroes will try to either capture the villains, incapacitate them, or escape the obstacle course within 30 minutes. villains will try to either capture the heroes, or prevent them from escaping before time ends.

shinsou gets to be the hero (finally!!!) along with mina, and goes against uraraka and midoriya which, piece of cake. deku may be crazy strong, but shinsou’s been friends with him long enough that he knows the kid’s trigger points, sorry not sorry.

bell goes off. midoriya’s just standing there. shinsou gets a taunt ready

midoriya grins, like a real villain. he puts something sharp out of his pocket and FUCKING STABS URARAKA. THEN SLASHES HIS OWN THROAT.

shinsou’s paralyzed by shock, almost forgets to dodge when midoriya comes at him with a punch. and he’s still smiling btw and uraraka’s down and midoriya is FUCKING SCARY and now he can’t speak with his messed up throat so shinsou’s got no defense against him and ThYAT”S ScRARY

omg is he ok? is he going to bleed out?

should we get uraraka to a nurse or something?

at this point, shinsou and mina are just running around like a headless chickens, trying to figure out their next move

mina: WE’RE GONNA DIE

shinsou: HE CAN HEAR YOU

think fnaf, and midoriya’s foxy or something

eventually, shinsou ends up where they started, where uraraka’s corpse (!!!) was. only it’s gone. so either 1.) midoriya moved the body, 2.) he ate the body, 3.) he sacrificed the body to summon a demon from below, or 4.) uraraka just up and left

shinsou: oh riiiiiiiiiiight, this is just a test. and we’re students. midoriya wouldn’t actually kill someone. right. ha. FUNNY.

so then he thinks smart. nabs a still-traumatized mina. shinsou can’t do anything against midoriya cuz, you know he can’t speak to respond and is also batshit crazy, but they actually come up with a half-decent plan, tag-teaming midoriya

until uraraka gets the drop on them

heroes get captured, villains win

after the test, mina’s crying about doing remedials twice in a year when midoriya  saunters over and says, “that was an awesome plan at the end there!”

WHAT.

midoriya: oh i didn’t reeeeeeally destroy my throat, that would’ve been crazy

shinsou: that... is true. wait, are you telling me i could’ve brainwashed you at any time?!

midoriya: yep! it wasn’t easy coming up with a counter to your quirk blah blah blah so awesome blah blah blah applications for hero work

shinsou: fuck my life, seriously

luckily the exam was a all a LOGICAL RUSE. AGAIN (probably should be expecting them by now). aizawa wasn’t grading success (or he’d be failing half the class and that’s TOTALLY never happened before) he was grading creativity and thinking on your feet, so shinsou and mina actually passed.

aizawa: good job hanging in there, shinsou. even after missing the obvious about your quirk (stop reminding me!) you regrouped, and almost had it (shut up! we both know i didn’t!)

the worst part is uraraka and midoriya getting the fastest time, then high fiving each other still covered in blood. like the little gremlins they are.

shinsou deserves extra credit. and a nap. and , i dunno, an automatic pass on next year’s finals

so i know there's a lot of mutual pining fics out there. but my hc is that izuku isn't the kind of person to hold his feelings in, he SAYS THAT SHIT OUT LOUD. examples include

declaring that a violent blasty kid who hates him is his friend

molesting his favorite hero's leg to ask him a question

telling his classmate (read; future husband) that his daddy issues are stupid and ITS YOUR POWER ISNT IT???!!!!

and ok, you'd probably say that 'his love for shouto is so important and he doesn't want to risk the most important relationship in his life', then i would counter with: exhibits above. it was all might, his FAVORITE HERO, and he still had no filter

so basically, i imagine that one day shouto does something like smile or eat soba or sneeze and izuku thinks, fuuuuuk i love him. so he drags shouto somewhere and word vomits DO YOU WANT TO GO ON A DATE before crawling into a hole. but not before shouto confesses 'i have loved you for a thousand years' and 'i would love to be a midoriya'

Stared him up and down. He didn't want to insult some who saved him, especially when, to be honest, he wasn't in any shape to fight back. But it was pretty obvious. The kid's clothes would never fit him.

So that's how he found himself shoved into a cramped bathroom, with the showerhead spraying up to his neck. But it was neck-high heaven. He scrubbed the grime away with his fingers, like ridding himself of the person he used to be and watching it flush down the drain. He reached for a bottle of shampoo, since Luffy had allowed it. His lips twitched the bright label that said: Berrylicious scent. Just like a kid.

As soon as he was done reading through instructions, he went ahead and pulled out a pot of soup that was shoved into his fridge, smiling at the memory of Sanji stopping by to cook it for him last night. With only mild frustration, Luffy got it heating up on the stove. There! He could eat this with Zoro after he treated him.

Luffy pointed him over to the couch in the living room where there was a first aid kit already set up. "Will you let me do it? Or I guess you could do it yourself if you want. Unless you'd rather go to a hospital. We could go."

By the wrong people. He held out an arm with a long gash, signaling Luffy to start treating him since he was so enthusiastic about it. He doubted Luffy could botch it too badly. And if he did? Well, Zoro had survived worse.

[9/2/2015 7:38:45 PM] leslye gomez: Luffy blinked, wandering back into the kitchen and grabbing a bottle of water. "Here you go." Luffy let Zoro open the bottle before taking his arm and examining it. "Let's see, I have to..." he started mumbling under his breath, reaching into the first aid kit and pulling out anti-septic wipes. He stuck his tongue out as he concentrated on cleaning Zoro's array of wounds, having to get up and look at his computer more than once as he went. Everything went more or less smoothly. Until, of course, he had to wrap the wounds. They came out messy, pieces up the white bandage poking out and some areas being too loose while others were too tight. Luffy grinned at Zoro and rubbed the back of his neck. "Shishishi! Sorry, I'm not very good at this part!"

[9/2/2015 8:01:36 PM] loofahlover: "it's fine," he said, inspecting the messy bandages. he'd been watching luffy try his hardest at first aid, probably for the first time in his life. it was a little endearing. and that smile of luffy's was so warm. honestly, everything about him was. just the way he picked zoro up, basically saved him. gave unconditionally, without any suspicion or any interrogation on just where he came from. it was a little too much to accept.

He darted over towards one of his cupboards and pulled out two large bowls, filling up one with a bigger helping of veggies and chicken and placing that one in front of Zoro along with a chunk of bread he tended to eat with the soups Sanji made him. He also went ahead and pulled out a carton of orange juice from the fridge, remembering that whenever he gave blood they gave him some because it...helped replenish what he lost, or something.

Luffy slurped up the rest of his soup before looking up at Zoro with a smile. "There's more if you're still hungry. Though I don't think it's very good for you to each so fast or too much if you've been hungry for a long time. Sanji told me that! And you can stay here tonight or for however long you need to. I don't mind at all! S'nice having company."

Dr. Strange, but with Sherlock and John

i need a sherlock/dr. strange crossover. why is this not a thing?

john watson as an army medic, adrenaline crazy like in canon 

gets shot in shoulder like canon, intermittent tremor means he can’t operate anymore

ends up in london, depressed and suicidal when he bumps into an old patient, pangborne, who talks about some magical place called kamar-taj. watson doesn’t believe a word, but if he stays in london any longer he’s going to off himself, so he spends his stipend on plane tickets.

wanders around tibet, treating people for free, gets found by Mordo because magic chi powers. gets sucked in by the possibility of healing his tremor. really sucks at first, but he’s diligent and patient, and training is a cakewalk compared to the army.

goes to borrow books from the library, and gets a spiel from wong about not taking books without his express permission

“then what do you call that?” john points. there’s a hand grabbing a book through a portal. wong gets hangry.

and thus john meets sherlock, an eccentric genius who’s been hanging around the temple since forever, who knows enough to be a master sorceror but is way too reckless with his powers, so he’s just their problem child

also has a sentient cloak, because of course benedict cumberbatch has to have a dramatic coat

so john and sherlock get into trouble, john’s learning things he shouldn’t be and experimenting with powers he shouldn’t thanks to sherlock

sherlock has john try on a bunch of mystical artifacts, seeing which one sticks

of course the eye of agamotto likes john. sherlock is beside himself with glee, wanting to study why it chose john, john is just so interesting!

then enter plot device: kaecilius! who’s like the moriarty of this universe, sherlock and him fight with both their magic and their intellect, but moriarty destroys two sanctums and is destroying the third when john manages to freeze time

then sherlock gets an IDEA! and drags the both of them into the dark dimension where, “dormammu, i’ve come to make a bargain!” and they get killed like a bazillion times and keep coming back but it’s really painful to watch each other die, so it really cements their FEELINGS for each other. and dormammu finally gets pissed and leaves, yay! and mordo gets pissed and leaves, no.
