She will wash your back and hair for you happily... But may fall asleep in the water when it’s her own turn oops.

Gemini ‘Gemma’ Phillips was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, she swears. After all, she didn’t mean to kill her husband -- he was about to hit her son, again, and she just... Snapped, turning him inside out, spewing blood everywhere. If anything, being temperamental and having a short fuse makes her one of the most threatening members of the burgeoning Task Force X - a Suicide Squad founded by Amanda Waller.

Or at least, she would be -- if Christopher Smith aka Peacemaker didn’t exist. Ironically for a person named Peacemaker, obsessed with keeping the peace at all cost, he’s one of the more violent members of the group, complete with having a gun the size of his thigh. In spite of Gemma’s paranoia, and his over-active patriotism & love for violence, the pair strike up a bond.

Hopefully, this unlikely pair will survive the dangers of Corto Maltese, with soldiers and supervillains guarding the island and a deadly secret that could put the group in more danger than normal... Just an average day at the office.

dawon bites down on her lower lip, doing her best to remain focused on herself, but her current surroundings made it quite easy for her to become distracted. every so often (perhaps more often than she’d like to admit), her eyes would wander over to her roommate, who she was lucky enough to be sharing the gym with. it’s not like she’s purposefully staring or anything like that; maybe then it could be seen as a little... odd. she tries not to dwell on it, though, not wanting to make it seem like anything more than it actually is.

“just so you know, i’m really glad you’re here. working out alone sometimes gets kind of... i don’t know, lonely?” she’s mostly trying to clear the air at this point, opting to blame the brief silence that had settled in on her becoming distracted. the two events are most likely unrelated, but that hardly matters much. still, it is comforting to have someone else there with her, especially when that someone is as close to her as eunae. “and, it probably sounds super lame, but i just don’t really feel like being alone right now? if that makes sense?” she hesitates, taking a quick sip of water to stay hydrated while simultaneously stopping herself from talking—two birds, one stone.

sorta, I suppose? I have a vague knowledge of a lot of comic book stuff by just sorta being around it coincidentally. It’d be hard to name a for sure favorite but in general I like the villains more bc they’re allowed to be more monstery tbh

oh, also, I really liked Jubilee when I was little and watching the cartoon bc she looked cool in the opening but also I was always kinda peeved bc she was like, a side character, I think? I can’t tell you one thing she did in that whole series and that’s terrible
