Barbell shoulder press for beginners. Make sure that your core is tight and back in neutral position. Push the barbell over your head until both arm is straight. Then lower it down just until under your chin. Start with just the barbell. Spicy Thai stir fry zucchini with basil leave. Ingredients: - 1 tbsp fish sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp mince garlic - crushed fresh chillies (as many as you dare!) - 4 cups of sliced zucchini - 2 cups of fresh basil leaves - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce Throw everything in a wok pan except the basil leaves.
