This reads - to me - like "I am still mad at you, but I want to still talk to you and I wanted to see you" look. The one that a girlfriend would give to her boyfriend of even if they were fighting, she still cares for him.
Katara if you just wanted to talk with him, all you had to do was just do it. You do not need to hide it. Lol. And that is why animation is amazing!
