One thing I highly recommend as a form of care is lending someone your executive function when they’re going through a rough time. My girlfriend is flying back to the US on short notice and yesterday on the phone she realized she didn’t know the entry requirements so I looked them up for her and then booked her a COVID test appointment for the next day. Something like that is very straightforward for me, but for her it felt like just another thing to stress about so it felt nice to be able to do it for her.

I spent this day staring at and downloading old photographs...

...of people living in the 1930'2-1960's. I just wanted to google Reel-to-Reel Tape recorders bc of 'The Evil Within' and now I have over 70 files saved to my computer and 20 new bookmarks saved to my browser ;u;

im so annoyed right now. i looked something up for my mom and she was on the phone with my sister so i had to wait for her to get off the phone so i could show her. well i come upstairs to get in the shower and my little sister decideds it's a good time to clean the bathroom. i have work at 6am, i want to take a shower and go to bed, why did you wait till the last minute to clean the bathroom?
