This is my start of 2013 to start of 2014 progress shot. Happy with it but definitely got a long way to go before fully achieving my goals. With my weekend lifestyle I think I'm doing better than what I put into my body. Diet on weekdays, party on weekends? LOL well not good enough but as long as I don't stop hitting the gym and get lazy I suppose...
