👨🍳 Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken with LeftOvers (St. Vincent and the Grenadines 🇻🇨 style) Rice & Peas, 😋 & Mac & Cheese 🧀 ⭐️ make the jerk rub combining all your favorite ingredients. Toss the chicken pieces with the spice mixture, then cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 to 4 hours. (I prefer overnight) ⭐️ preheat oven to 350°F. For the vegetable oil (or oil of your choice) into a 9 x 13" baking dish. ⭐️ place the chicken pieces skin side up into the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for an hour 20 minutes, until no longer pink near the bone.
