7 toons that were children of the tiny toons have come a far way from their safe planet to Acmetropolis for a quest by their respected figure Marcia, to retrive back a remaining toon force toon (jojo dodo) that was left in acmetropolis before Acme has taken over and captured all toons to drain their toon force energy for power and put them into tubes, hoping they would see their parents again . But accidently getting mistaken as villains by the loonatics which resulted as a big misunderstanding.
