Yes! Only way to get nicer fabrics for your bias tape, though it comes at the expense of being messier and way more time-consuming.

Poly satin from Joanns DON'T USE IT IT DOESN'T PRESS WELL AND IT SLITHERS ALL OVER THE FUCKING PLACE. I mean it's cheap and it looks fine as hell but it is a fucking asshole to work with.
