Freaking LOVED the new south park episode!!

Holy shit Kyle! That analogy with him identified as milenial and ending up like his mom was spot on! Also the commentery about PC culture coming from a good place but with essentially selfish, very human and emotional motives that ultimately don’t provide good insight to how these issues are actually formed and provides even less doable solutions to them and it just gets distorted into this mess was fucking BRILLIANT!!

Didn’t expect the sweetness of the romantic subplots either!

And how did Breaking Bad just come into my thoughts?

I know y’all don’t care but I’m posting anyway 😛

I was thinking about although I love my Riverdale, it still wouldn’t be the show that I would choose to binge if I had to choose only one. Breaking.Bad.is.it. Every episode grabbed me - even the slow building ones like when Jesse was hooking up with Jane (before she relapsed). Want to talk about character development? They all have it - some good (Walt of course, but Skyler and Flynn/Jr too) some bad (Gus, who once was exposed as evil just stayed the same level of evil) some cheesy (looking at you Hank). Plot? Sure it was “easy”; cancer stricken/cash strapped chem teacher becomes meth cook/dealer - buttttt it was the way it was executed that was groundbreaking. You know how good a show is when those that haven’t watched know who the major players are (GoT and TWD being other recent examples), and no one can look at Bryan Cranston or Aaron Paul and recite a line in their head (usually “Bitch!... 😬). Sure I’m feeling nostalgic, come @ me! But, this is how I came to this thought and maybe it’s how I’ll spend some of my post-RD break. Rant over.
