the drawing of maria fevereiro, my OC, that I did for the cover of sparkFLAME this year, which @loopy-lupe coloured! each character in the cover was coloured as a separate drawing and assembled. on the full cover they're overlapping so most of the bottom half of this had other characters on top lol

THOUGHTS:

i could never rip piyomon apart..! palette is pretty gaudy but it plays for me. i looove its little bird band shackle. the weird veins in the foot are nasty but create the crucial dissonance known to all good digimon designs.

THOUGHTS:

the digimon movie gave this creature so much aura it's pretty hard evaluating it without being biased. I don't think I like the gold in its palette.

THOUGHTS:

very very dorky in a cute way. i looove the stupid smiley pendant. manages to be a decent design even though for the most part it is just person-shaped. i feel like i knew kids in middle school who would easily kin this thing.

god the best part about the aa/ut post is that I drew it because I was reading your live tweets about the lukewarm aa anime, and I wanted to revisit the old faithfuls that I knew

PS: this past halloween I realized AJ-era Phoenix and Sans have basically the same costume so I may have punched the air in victory when I saw your drawing
