Temporary Art - Toilet Paper Roll Flowers

I took some photos of the flowers in my garden and I made them out of recycled toilet rolls , eco- friendly cotton buds and tissue paper.

These toilet roll flowers are as temporary as the real ones because once I add water to them they melt and go mushy. I'd love to add some colour to them but I am afraid that if I try to paint them that the paint will saturate them.
