Black Lives Matter

Black Lives Matter... some honest thoughts and feelings since the death of George Floyd and the protests that have followed.

I am someone who at times struggles to articulate verbally how I feel. If you ask me a question I’ll have a good answer for you 10 mins later. I wanted to write this but it took me time to find the word so I’ve taken note of my ramblings as they came to me. I don’t want to offend anyone but at times like these I feel compelled to write things down, as it helps me to cope.

Veggie Pasta

I've finally got round to typing up our Veggie Pasta recipe. Hope you like it !

This is actually a Joe Wicks recipe that we have adapted we have added cherry peppers which we love, they have so much flavour. We also upped the amount of garlic. My boyfriend cant cook anything without adding a little garlic, we couldn’t live without it. Spring has Sprung

Spring has Sprung ! Its officially here. I may have jumped the gun on my spring clean this year but my new blog posts has some helpful information on how to dispose of any unwanted items.
