How did these two not end up together?? Lorcan is watched over by Hellas, and Farasha clearly has some super speed powers fueled by Hellas. Chaol even names Farasha “Hella’s horse”!!!
Chaol already has a horse in Adarlan anyway! Dorian gave him a fancy Asterion horse!
Like I get that Chaol and Farasha have bonded, but so did Chaol and Celaena. And it was good for like a week, but then they both moved on to find true love.
And Lorcan needs the animal companionship! Elide is fantastic for him, but there’s something unique and special about a relationship with an animal. Especially an animal sidekick with a #fierce personality.
Just imagine it: Lorcan patrolling the streets of Perranth on Farasha. Intimidating? Yes. Badass? Yes. But then you see Lorcan brushing her with military precision, and teaching local kids how to groom a horse correctly. Heart melting? YES.
Also, I totally see Farasha being Elide’s #1 bodyguard. Lorcan would definitely trust Farasha to take care of Elide more than any human guard.
