I really hate the theory that jon wont recognize jeyne poole and think she’s actually arya. In general i hate the thought of resurrected jon losing his memories of ygritte, arya/other stark siblings. Do you think this theory has any credibility?

I'm sure that the idea of Jon forgetting Arya is completely absurd. The reason is that we've already seen what happens to people who are resurrected via R'hllor's magic (which will likely be this case).

1) Lord Beric: he forgets many things about his life, but his fixed thought concerns the last events that happened before his death. He has hazy memories of Allyria and Blackhaven, but he remembers about the mission that Ned Stark gave him - punishing the crimes that the soldiers are committing in the Riverlands.

2) Lady Stoneheart: she has not taken a single step to return to Winterfell; it's not clear what memories she has from her previous life. But what she remembers for sure are the last events of her life. She remembers the red wedding and her children in danger.

So I expect that, in the same way, Jon might forget some events in his life, but NOT the last ones that happened to him. And the latest events that have upset Jon's life are the Bolton's in Winterfell and Arya's fate (and the Others stuff too). In particular, Jon's last thought is:

Pain washed over him. Stick them with the pointy end. When the third dagger took him between the shoulder blades, he gave a grunt and fell face-first into the snow. He never felt the fourth knife. Only the cold…

But what will be the things that he will forget? I do not know. Maybe he won't forget anything, because unlike Lord Beric and Lady Stoneheart, Jon has a perfect place where his soul can wait to be resurrected: Ghost.
