20: What was your last thought before you went to bed last night?i was thinking about how much unrequited love makes people hurt, but how bittersweet it is. really strong feelings of romantic love can be so crippling. i wasn’t thinking about it as something tragic, just as something that exists.

30: Would it be hard seeing someone else kiss the last person you kissed?nah. i haven’t kissed anyone for a long time, and i’m completely over that person.

Hey everybody, thanks for the kind words about that post last night. :-)

I took some time to chill out and Ari and I hugged a lot and I slept for like 10 hours and I'm feeling a lot better now. Thanks for having my back.

Don't you just love how the very first thing seen in an episode is Tino breaking the fourth wall by knocking on the screen in the theme song? :)

Yes, I do! :) The breaking of the fourth wall in general gave the show a lot of style, and the chance to often poke fun at itself, which is another source of wit and charm. I don’t know about you, but I also love that the background turns grey as the characters talk to the camera/viewer (I’m told the same technique is used by a newer Disney series, Ultimate Spider-Man?). Perhaps you remember it, but there was a very clever use of the fourth wall breaking in the episode “Father’s Day”, right at the beginning, where you’re led to believe it was only Carver who broke the fourth wall, but as it zooms out you notice that Tino had been listening to his monologue all along. This minor detail explains a following scene in the episode (Tino knowing exactly Lor, Tish and Carver’s intention not to mention Father’s Day because it would upset him :) ).
