Been thinking about redoing or maybe changing up my dragon bios.

A year ago I had all my bios coded and ready to fill, and then... then I adopted like 60 dragons and now we are back to patchwork with all the new ones having just vistas.

I've always wanted to do small short stories for my dragons bios. I don't enjoy writing character profiles and thought it would be fun to do something unusual... but 6 years later I've done maybe 7? And most of my dragons bios have their defining quote but are empty otherwise. I love the stories I have, but never have the energy to write more unless it's for a challenge like Orinthia's.

So I'm trying to come up with ideas for my dragon bios that aren't just character profiles and descriptions cause I know I'll never do those. I saw someone had trivia for their dragons? And that's a cute idea cause it could just be random bullet points that aren't completely fleshed out.

What other things do you guys like to put in your bios that is fun or different? I have a goal to get all my dragons art one day but I have almost 200 permas now so it's gonna be a while.

Writing Woes

I feel like I’m either 120% into writing lore for my dragons or just not motivated at all. There is no in between and most of the time my ideas revolve around pairing them up with each other or giving them super in-depth reasons why they can never pair off with another.

I want to write lore for my clan. But I want to do it in the castle setting that I'm working on. So I would have to revamp the bios of my dragons first and then think about a story. I also need to figure out a plot. Which means figuring out an antagonist with an over arching plot... Aaaaaghhh. My clan is such a goody goody place. I am terrible at making bad things happen to my lovely cinnamon rolls.

So I did a recolour of a serthis a little while ago and I had fun so I was thinking. "What if there was a serthis clan near my dragon clan". I like this idea so I started to write out how many individuals the beastclan might have... I have a feeling I'm going to name and make lore for them. As well as make custom recolours for each of them T^T I like the serthis they are cooool. Although now I need a shapeshifter dragon to be the clan rep to them.

Aw fiddlesticks I just realized my current Skyrim playthrough is a sham and not lore accurate. I was playing my morrowind character, and playing her as a badass old lady, and I just realized wait she wouldn't be an old lady. The Nerevarine got corprus and when they were "cured" by Divayth Fyr, they were left with the beneficial effects. Doesn't that mean she WOULDNT HAVE AGED? Oh man what should I do? Do I need to change her back to her younger self with the console? How do I reconcile the two? Do I just let her keep an "older" perspective? Maaan I made a boo boo I'm an idiot I mean its right there in the freaking prophecy, "neither blight not age can harm him". Ghh.
