I dunno I wouldn’t say never. Maybe some day in the future we’ll make computers capable of actual independent thought. And maybe one of those computers will get horny and create images of Sexy Circuitry and none of us will understand why it’s sexy. But it’s got to be a decision the computer makes on their own not in response to some prompt from a human.

I think one day there may be true artificial intelligence, like Data from Star Trek level shit. But genAI certainly is not it.
