Took one of my sketches of Hazel and colored over it with the dodge tool, light layers, and multiply layers! This was super fun to play with the colors and the grisaille shading beneath it!

(I HONESTLY am not sure ajgkaga i feel like my humor ends up niched into the things I am into. And while I sometimes struggle to get my jokes across verbally people tend to appreciate them when illustrated ajgag so I suppose there is something there to show for it?)

//Here are the things I have weird approximate knowledge about, but am in no way an expert:

-Ocean Habitats and Deep Sea Creatures. Sharks especially.

-Actually most Aquatic Ecosystems. I fucking love fish.

-DINOSAURS. 

-Art/ Art techniques that involve household items and unconventional materials. Trompe L’oiel and SPOT paint!! (Spot is a purplish hue cast on objects to age them. Its a mnemonic for Sad Passage Of Time). Teaching people these tricks so they can create! Bonking people with a metaphorical wrapping paper roll when they say they can’t draw when theres something beautiful on the page. 

-Technical Theatre and how basically Western Theatre has been using the same mechanisms for literal centuries. We’re still making periaktoi and ekkyklima just calling them triangle flats and wagons/knife tracks now. We still use flies for angels and traps for hell.

-An expansive amount of knowledge on pokemon type match ups, but I don’t competitively play. I also love platformer games. Love them. 

-TABLE TOP RPGS and the clicky clack math rocks! How they’re made. How they layout their rules and content. History of how the systems have changed! How the systems affected each other! Marketing Schemes!!

-I grew up in the church so I have a fuckload of Christian knowledge and indoctrination still rattlin in my noggin. So if you ever want to talk about how things are mistranslated from Hebrew to Greek to English and how it was rewritten along the way- or the weird inner politics and history of the United Methodist Church, im your blasphemous bisexual :) This is not an invitation I will just go off and get distracted halfway through
