2020 goals??

i got tagged by @erintoknow !!

I already posted what I wrote but. Since it’s 2020 right now, I guess imma go and just rambling. 

I’m going to be twenty-three in one month, and all of the artists I looked up to are either much older than me (within the same age group!!) and younger than me and guess what? I’m proud of them, and I can’t wait to be at their level, my age doesn’t put me down, doesn’t make me feel bad for not being in their level by this point. because I will just keep pushing further and work harder to teach myself everything my past self in the past decade was hesitating to do so!! 

My art skill, itself, is... improving ... and it was the slowest progress I ever see, I’m a fast learner and I hated that for the past decade, I kept holding myself back and it’s not good!  I hope this year, I will stop holding myself back and teach myself the things I never bother to learn for my art skill, just like painting!

my anxiety sucks, im still trying to be thick skinned for it, its hard but i’m trying. but for the past decade, or i guess, the past few years, i am slowly to talk to other people irl, it’s hard, but it’s something i wanted to work on! 

lastly, i need to stop holding myself back on stories. its time i need to do that, i also need to stop worldbuilding too much and just do it, and also, there’s possible future commissions i wanna open, because for one, i knew a lot of my friends wanted to commission me so i need to get myself on that! ....baby steps!!

Okay. UHHHHHHH. Hey. 

So. 

Short story: 

I change this askblog into a main center for my sideblogs. And I will be using this blog for writing MCSM drabbles (and yes, I will now post my fanfics and other drabbles from my ao3 account to here instead of my other blog) and reblogging my arts from my most active blog ( @dorkousmining )!.

Long Story: 

I haven’t been using this askblog that much because I was way too focused on drawing a lot of mcsm stuff (mainly the gay stuff) over my other mcsm blog and life happened, so, uh, I decide to come back here and re-purpose this blog into a main center so I can use this blog as my SECOND mcsm blog! ;v; 

Of course, if you’re here for asking stuff and anything. I actually just created a new askblog! To these who knew me from my other mcsm blog, will know that I drew Jestellra Twins (or Jestellra Kids, which is my future jestellra au basically) and decide to have them answer things!

I remembering the post I wrote about scarring but I can’t remember I did wrote that or not, but either way!

I thought of how scarring can be either heal slowly or fast. But celestrians had healing power, right? As a Celestrian, you could heal easily so that there’s no scar left behind. But...a fallen Celestrian?

From the very start, your scars will healed quickly as usual but as you grow older (especially with that post I saw a while back, which by the way I love that headcanon!!), however, being on ground for so long, it affect your healing power that the later scars will started to heal really slow instead of faster. Most scars you get will faded, but others....

They are your reminders of acknowledging that you’re becoming (or accustoming as) a mortal.

(but im 100% sure I wrote something similar but I can’t remember where...But I think it’s the healing one I remember writing about tho)
