I’m still not used to this site and every now and then remember I can ramble like it’s Twitter.
Anyways (and this has probably been said before) I keep thinking about the “you have no immediate family” line and Ryland cutting her off like “what? But I do???” And it’s then that he realizes that because they all have different last names when you look he probably shows up as no family. He also knows that Court did a really good job making sure they couldn't be traced to him.
And Stratt looks at him with a raised eyebrow and Ryland just takes out his phone, hits a few buttons, and suddenly there's several voices yelling asking where he is, why he hasn't been answering anyone's texts, and a lot of other things.
