Overblot ramble who caresss

since book 7.5 exists i imagine it kind of as a book 6.5 where everyone is still recovering.. Major didn't go down into Tartarus, but it's mentioned STYX hires people with small magic pools to avoid dangerous blot accumulation— Major still passively absorbs a lot of blot that isn't his during the multiple hours they spend down there. I imagine in the rush to return everyone home and get STYX back in order, they overlook Major because she wasn't fighting like the OBers were. Since the blot isn't his, it's harder for the body to expel it. For the first time since the beginning of the year, Major is.. not needed? Idia is still at STYX, and Major doesn't know if he'll return. Everyone else has their own people around, and since STYX personally terminated Major's online account, it's really quiet at Ignihyde.

So, Major's regular negative feelings mix with the blot/negative feelings that aren't, and I think seeing Idia for the first time in, let's say a week, after being uncertain that he would kind of pushes Major over the edge.

I still want Major to look 'techy' to fit in w Idia and Ortho, hence the bodysuit with a horizontal zipper to reference the sheep's jumpsuit. There's a small coat to dissimulate the silhouette + reference Bellwhether, and the pattern over his eyes are supposed to be in the shape of her glasses.

His ears aren't gone but they're hidden by the headphones. Fur cape (swept to one side) + fake tail cover most of his back.

The belts are supposed to be a police utility belt + a reference to the fox spray. I was serious abt the gun. The armlets are also a reference to Judy.

He also floats lalala. Like idia who has cables on his back, Major's 'leash' tethers him to the Phantom since part of it isn't 'his'.
