hey. i lost my FP 3 months ago and i still haven't gotten over it. i feel like nothing, and i talked to my therapist and she wont do anything about it. what do i do?

honestly, after reading this, my first thought was that you should talk to your therapist. what are you looking for her to do? frame it like, “i’ve tried to talk to you about how much losing X person is upsetting me, and I feel like you are blowing off the way i feel. can we please discuss this in further detail because this grief/loss/pain has been eating at me for almost three months”
after all...you’re paying for therapy, so you should be getting what you need out of it. maybe ask her to validate your feelings, especially if you feel brushed off when you try to talk to her about someone really important to you leaving your life. you deserve to talk about situations that will help you learn and grow. clarify your expectations from her as your therapist.
