Today was basically any regular day for Luke when he wasn’t with the band. Only today he had his daughter with him and the little girl was practically dragging him everywhere. Finally able to calm her down a bit, he was able to run into the coffee shop he used to go to everyday before class. While standing in like, he had a few people come up for autographs, but not too many, but in the midst of things, he lost sight of his daughter. “Hayley... Come on, you know you’re not supposed to run off.” He said when he finally found her sitting across from someone at one of the tables. “I’m sorry about that, she’s a bit of a troublemaker.” He laughed, shaking his head as he picked her up. He thought the person at the table looked familiar but he couldn’t tell if he actually knew them or if he was just thinking that he did. Being on the road made him think a lot of things.

“Not to mention the fact that I almost didn’t make the Power Squad because the captain doesn’t like me. Says I have too much baggage or something. Can you believe that? They’re still blaming me for the assault even after I won the trial. When is victim blaming ever going to stop?”  Zoe rolled her eyes, shaking her head as she looked over at Grace. “What is wrong with people?”

asdfghjk,l.; thank you so much. Amy may be human garbage and an awful person, but I still love her very much and she is my child. I always worry that people don’t like her or don’t want to interact with her because of it so you are lovely thank you!

Forever Young || debbie & grace

debbie had worked at the diner for many years and she had experience with so many different people, whether it be people who had parents who were okay with their lifestyle (whether they be gay, lesbian, or any part of the lgbtq+ community. and even if they weren’t apart of the lgbtq+ community, she welcomed any one into the diner) or who weren’t okay with their lifestyle. she didn’t care, she was more than happy to talk to anyone. and that was the case with grace. she didn’t care what the experienced she had in her life, she was okay talking about whatever she was comfortable with.

so when she brought the younger woman her food, she immediately noticed the scares on grace’s wrists, so she sat down across from her with an expression that said she cared, that she wanted to help. “are you okay, sweetie?”

Entering the cafeteria, the young male scanned for an empty table before finding and settling for one in the corner of the cafeteria. School was the last place that the young male wanted to be, and most people knew it since the male was usually always quiet in class and always had a hard time keeping friends. He made his way over to the table before putting his bag down on the table and sitting down. The younger male was never a fan of the cafeteria food that was served, so he usually decided to work on his homework during lunch and eat whatever he could find when he got home. Opening his textbook and notebook, he proceeded to scribble down a few notes when he heard the sound of the chair next to him being pushed out, which brought him out of his daze and he looked up at the dark haired girl, raising a brow. “Can I help you?”
