Alice says she can feel that Cyrus is alive like Rose felt about Bernard. Rose had her ring, Alice has her necklace.
Both Jack's first full flashback "White Rabbit" and his first flashforward "Through the Looking Glass" are titled in reference to the Alice in Wonderland books.
The episodes also have another similarity: In both episodes, a survivor of Oceanic 815 (Joanna, Charlie) drowns, and a main character (Boone, Desmond) tries unsuccessfully to save them. Cyrus presumably drowns.
