Lost Stargate Archive — Visual Memory
Before I ever had a “studio style,” before mixed media and scrapbook textures became part of my creative language, I used to make Stargate wallpapers. Early 2000s digital graphics — soft gradients, dramatic lighting, mythological undertones, and a lot of emotional analysis of Ra and Daniel Jackson. It was chaotic, earnest, and very much the beginning of my visual storytelling.
All of those files lived on an old hard drive that’s long gone. The wallpapers, the graphic essays, the one snake‑headed character I drew, the Ra–Daniel dynamics I explored through color and composition… none of it survived. But the memory did.
So I’m bringing that era back — not by recreating the exact images, but by reimagining the feeling of them. This is not fanart. This is a visual memory project. A way to honor the creative spark that started everything.
