EASILYYYYY!!!!!!! if youre like 'kayla why did this take so long to reply to' it's because i was going to come back with RECEIPTS as to all the threads sim wrote that permanently altered my brain chemistry but then same as usual i got SO WRAPPED UP IN SIMS WRITING that i ended up rereading and wanting to add them all to this. i dont need to tell anyone how indescribable your writing is. like it's so deep and thoughtful and my god so incredibly BRUCE i lose my lil dick g. mind. like its exactly what i always thought for bruce and just seeing it so beautifully written out by someone as cool and awesome as you is just the best plus in the whole world. literally used to reread our threads all the time and any time ANY TIME i'd see even the smallest of notifs from you i was 🏃‍♀️there, and thats all because of YOU, like you as a person i'll never stop hyping up because you deserve a mf parade and dammit i will throw it if need be / @cowlled

she knew she couldn't go home. she'd heard her mother yelling from outside her window, and cassie was not ready to deal with that yet. and so cassie stays small, and leaps from her fire escape to the neighboring one. she can already see him sitting inside, completely oblivious to her presence outside his window. she simply looked at him for a moment, before allowing herself to grow back to her normal size, and reaching out to gently knock on his window.

she doesn't wait for him to let her in, pushing the window open as she slipped inside. she removed the domino mask as she plopped down onto his bed, setting the mask down on his nightstand. "mom's on the warpath," she says with a huff. "i would much rather hide out here with you."

Kwon Jae-Sung brattishly sucks his teeth, shifting his weight dramatically to one side as he stares the other young man down from above his crossed arms.

The geum baeji is his now. But it seems as though Yoon Do-Jin is having trouble adapting to the change in their dojang's hierarchy. But Jae-Sung is loving his moment in the sun; he'd gladly burn himself to hold it forever.

His pulse quickens as he thinks of the day he'd pulled the patch off Do-Jin's gi for himself, beating the former top student and two of his stooges to claim it and rise to his rightful place at the top. Predictability is Yoon Do-Jin's biggest weakness, and if it is up to Kwon, he will rid him of it like any good team captain should.

Introducing a little chaos into the other young man's carefully structured life is a good start.

It's just harmless fun, really. And, sure: making Yoon bend the knee like this, if--no, when--he can get him to go along with this plan of his will be a moment to relish almost as much as he'd relished the fight in which he'd beaten him off the metaphorically mountain.

One half of a smile breaks the symmetry of Kwon's face, darkly gleeful as he begins to circle around his teammate with his arms still folded. "This is something new, and that scares you."

leia laughs softly, the sound rare and fleeting, meant only for him — eyeing his handiwork. ❝ great work commander ❞ the title is teasing, but something in the way she says it feels true, as if she already sees the pilot he’ll become. leia’s gaze lingers on him, her smile fading into something quieter, almost solemn. her mind drifts—to alderaan, to bail, to her own childhood. to everything she’s lost and everything she still fights for. the rebellion demands so much, but today, it gives her this: a boy with too much heart and too much hope.

the sekai taikai. being back in that world for the first time in a decade had made her stomach feel like it was twisting into knots. she had welcomed the distraction that was the sensei's lunch, where it was easy for her to avoid the multiple people who had already approached her about her past entry into the tournament. while everyone mingled, charlie simply grabbed her food and searched for an empty table. what she found, however, was a familiar face.

it had been years since's they'd last crossed paths. she remembered his face from a tournament in mexico she'd competed in when she was a teenager. small world, she thought to herself, before she found herself approaching. " mind if i sit? " she asked, gesturing at the empty seat across from him.

"it’s  okay  to  be  lost."    it’s  a  lesson  shawn  wishes  he’d  learnt  sooner  himself.  would  it  have  changed  anything?    ⸻    probably  not,  but  the  what  if  is  always  there,  an  unknown  possibility  they’ll  never  get  to  explore.  he  doesn’t  want  that  for  kenny.    "but  it’s  not  okay  to  stay  lost  just  'cause  it  feels  easier  than    …    finding  the  right  path  again  or  whatever."    hands  push  into  hoodie  pockets  while  head  tilts  to  right  side,  eyes  staying  focused  on  the  younger.  advice  doesn’t  come  easy  for  someone  like  him.  he’s  always  been  an  'actions  speak  louder  than  words'  kinda  guy,  and  usually,  those  actions  aren’t  well  -  thought  out  as  much  as  impulsive,  reckless  decisions;    the  kind  that  only  ever  land  him  in  trouble.  he  tries  though,  for  his  brother.  there  wasn’t  a  lot  he  wouldn’t  do  for  family,  especially  when  he  can’t  help  but  feel  responsible.  if  he’d  been  around  more,  instead  of  locked  up.  if  he’d  never  suggested  robby.    "something  bad  went  down,  and  i  get  that  it  sucks  right  now,  but  it  won’t  last  forever,  little  bro.  one  day,  you’re  gonna  move  past  this  and  you’re  gonna  regret  NOT  taking  the  shot."    he  knows  that  better  than  most,  his  own  regrets  sitting  heavy  on  broad  shoulders.    "that  lady  who  came  by  with  her  punk  ass  kid  says  you  got  a  real  chance  here  to  do  somethin'  that  matters.  don’t  throw  that  away  'cause  your  pride  got  bruised.  get  your  ass  to  barcelona.  i’ll  square  it  with  probation  and  come  too."    or  he  won’t,  and  he’ll  worry  about  the  consequences  later.  either  way,  shawn  is  determined  to  make  this  happen.
