Headcanon:

Lilith is a survivor of the first apocalypse and remembers the modern era. If only because the ancestor deity of the vampires being named Lilith when everyone else has names like Flegrea and Soniathrym and so on feels like She has to be one :p.

Another thing that feeds my headcanon is Her, Adam and Amanises teaming up to replace Omebella, and also I'd like to think that the moon's authority was with two people who lived through its original / true state.
