Halloween Pytt - i - Panna - 3 Sweet Potatoes - 4 tiny (pink) Onions - 2 Kennebec Potatoes - 100 gr. of Mushrooms - 2 cm. of finaly grated Ginger (medium size) - 1 Parsnip - 3 Garlic Cloves - 4 tiny chili peppers - Salt & Pepper - Virgen Olive Oil - The Juice of 1 Lime - 1 lightly cooked Egg Yolk Chop the veggies and put them in an oven plate. Add all the other ingredients, EXCEPT the egg yolk, mix them well together. Roast in the oven for 45 min at a190 C. w/. a baking paper on top. Let stand for 20 min. Seperate the egg yolk and fry it lightly in olive oil and add it to your Pytt - i - Panna Plate. đ LOADED W/. VITAMINS! #lottascarpediem

Pasta; just can't live with out it!! I added some fresh asparragus, freshly steamed, tomatoes, 1/2 of a tiny fresh onion and on top of it all some nice FETA ( Kolios) . I sprinkled some oregano, pepper mixture and a bit of flake salt. #lottascarpediem #dinnerisready

SOFREGIT
2 CEBES MITJANES
7 Â carxofes tallades per la meitat i desprĂŠs en 3 trossos cada meitat
250 gr. dâespĂ rrecs
1 dl. de menta ben picadeta
1/2 dl. de cibulet ben picat
a ratlladura molt fina dâun llimona
el suc dâun terç dâuna llimona
un cap dâall
Oli, Sal i Pebre
Com fer:
Tallar les cebes a grills molt fins i posaâls a la cassola perquè comencin a caramelitzar.Â
Neteja les fulles de fora de les carxofes i talla les en trossos
tallar els espà rrecs aprox. en talls de 1 cm. Les puntes dels espà rrecs guardo per cuinar en un altre plat
Ăfegir una xirivia ratllada
Afegir la menta i el cibulet picat
La ceba li cal sofregir aprox. 40 min, i les carxofes 30m.
PreparaciĂł dels calamars
Neteja els calamars i tallar-los a quadradets. Col ¡ loca els trossos en un colador i posa sal. Deixa uns 30 min. En un paella gran fregir el calamar durant uns 10 minuts. Ja porta sal. NomÊs cal afegir una mica de pebre negre.
OK, estem preparats de barrejar el sofregit de verdura amb el calamar i acabar lâarròs. Jo ho he congelat fins dilluns ia veure si no poso arròs i canvi per patata / pasta o âŚ.. dilluns decidirĂŠ ⌠la intepretaciĂł sempre el meu aliat!
