It's not just one contract that is signed, it's many, with different terms and different guidelines. Even though many contracts have already closed (like syco owning louis' music) they may even still have contracts that they signed when they were in one direction!!! these contracts just became part of Sony, it doesn't matter that syco has melted down, the other contracts are still in place.
Syco no longer has control over Louis or his music, but Sony does, in a way, of what they "built". Louis can't just go out and deny everything, because that would condemn him to a lot of things, because I repeat, CONTRACTS EXIST.
It's a matter of joining two neurons and think that louis before leaving syco had to talk to them and reach an agreement, do you think that Simon would let go so easily and without any problem one of his best artists? Oh cariño, asi no son cómo funcionan las cosas.
No es solo un contrato el que se firman, son muchos, con diferente vigencia y diferentes pautas. A pesar de que muchos contratos ya cerraron (como el de syco siendo dueño de la música de louis) hasta pueden seguir vigentes hoy en día contratos que firmaron cuando estaban en one direction!!! estos contratos simplemente pasaron a ser parte de Sony, no importa que syco se allá fundido, los demás contratos siguen en pie.
Syco ya no tiene control sobre Louis o su música, pero si Sony, de alguna forma, de lo que “construyo”. Louis no puede simplemente salir a desmentir todo, por que eso lo condenaría a muchísimas cosas, por que repito, EXITEN CONTRATOS.
Es cuestión de unir dos neuronas y pensar que louis antes de salirse de syco tuvo que hablar con ellos y llegar a un acuerdo, crees que Simón dejaría ir tan fácil y sin ninguna problema a uno de sus mejores artistas? A quien abuso de su imagen por más de 10 años ? Dejándolo irse para que le cuente al mundo con libertad tranquilamente la mierda que pasó por Simón y a toda la compania? Simón es inteligente, pero louis más, es solo cuestión de esperar para que pueda sacarse toda la mierda de encima, el lo va a hacer cuando quiera y no sea perjudicial para nada.
