boomer sleep headcanons: bubby stretches out a lot and hogs the bed with his long gangly limbs. coomer sleeps all nice n curled up and he's basically a human space heater which is good cause bubby is cold all the time. bubby sleeps in worn out dad rock band shirts and boxers, coomer likes nightgowns in the warmer months and flannel pajamas in the colder months. coomer snores but it's cute. bubby has nightmares and talks in his sleep sometimes but coomer is always there to comfort him.
WHHH... this is canon... i wanna draw bubby n coomer in their respective pjs... they are very on brand fr them (esp the dad rock shirts n the nightgowns...... idk why those make me so hapy its just so on brand.)
as for the nightmares thing i like to think like. ok so you know those videos of like. typically cats. snuggled together, and one of them starts fussing in their sleep while the other one, also asleep, instinctually pulls them into a tight hug to kinda calm them down? ok thats bubby n coomer if either of them r freakin out in their sleep, like theyre a Unit at this point so they can Sense when theyre having a bad time, even if theyre asleep. bubby has a lot of nightmares, of black mesa n the tube, n when he shuffles around a bunch bc of them, coomer just kinda wraps him in this big bear hug n bubby immediately calms down. its v sweet
