Do other adhd people use their weird sense of time to help them??? Like I’ll do this thing a lot where it’s like ‘I have forty-five minutes left, which is thirty minutes until fifteen minutes left’ and for some reason that makes me feel better because in my head that’s obviously less than forty-five minutes when in reality it’s the same exact amount of time

*reads page*
*immediately forgets what it said*
*reads page again*

*reads page-*
You ever spend like an hour straight trying to find one specific piece of media you saw once like a year ago because it suddenly came back to you and now you must find it again-

My ADHD ass: *looks straight at the object and proceeds to forget it exists*
You ever have the sudden urge to revisit an old hyperfixation just to see how everything's goin
Me purposely delaying task because brain says task is Bad™
My brain processes things like a video game. Things load in right in front of me and it’s just like ‘oh hi where did you come from’
