friday: most self-indulgent fic you have ever posted?

Definitely the heart i know. It's just based entirely on an Arthur/Eames fic that lives in my head rent-free because I've re-read it so many times. I love that fic that much, and I really really really wanted to do something similar for Malex. I dunno if I totally succeeded but I love the entire fic to pieces.

And I'd probably also say every fic in my no more keepin' score series, just because it's just... fluffy Malex, which is my happy place these days.

saturday: what gets you excited whilst writing?

Hmm... when I know exactly what I want to write, where I want the story to lead, and none of my characters get other ideas, that upends the entire thing. I love writing things that I hope someone reading with pick up (like my salt at canon regarding "the pieces want to be together" in my soulmate au which @ober-affen-geil got immediately - i have beef with all that build up for malex and then... it was that??? ugh) and comment on. I love feedback, but I've written for so long without relying on it because I tend to keep my writing to myself and not want to bother people, that I'm only now starting to really see and understand how it can sometimes encourage more creativity. And some of the feedback on time-traveling kid!fic is entirely the reason i want to keep writing it, just seeing others enjoying it, so that has definitely gotten me excited while writing.

Because now, all he can picture is Obi-Wan spread out across his kitchen counter (brothers conveniently banished from the house because this is truly a fantasy), a container of whipped cream, and a squeeze bottle of chocolate syrup.

📝 OH MY GOD *bites lip* 🫦 this is both hilarious and sexy and super fun watching Cody try to curtail his arousal as he interprets everything that Obi-Wan says as innuendo - Obi-Wan seems Oblivious of the affect he's having on Cody 🤣. Truly a DELIGHT!!!!!!
