According the some research conducted by some famous persons, it has been found that while in pregnancy, if you are singing to a child, it has been found that it gives a lot of benefit both to the unborn child and the mother. Further, it has also been found out by a group of German Scientists that regular singing by adults strengthens the immune system. This is just not a statement and it has been medically proven. Discover some Singing TIps.
Blood samples of a group of people were taken before and after a one-hour music rehearsal. It was found that the blood samples taken after the music rehearsal saw significantly higher levels of immunoglobin A. These are proteins in the immune system that do the function of antibodies. These antibodies help in fighting a number of infections and bacterial attacks in the body. It was also found that a very important anti-stress hormone known as hydrocortisone, also increased significantly after the singing rehearsals.
The best part is that after a week when these same groups of volunteers underwent the same medical tests, the results did not change significantly. It was quite obvious that the group must have regularly practiced the entire week. Hence, it is proven beyond doubt that apart from the need to improve singing voice, singing also has a major role in keeping us healthy and fit.
