So many of you were asking yesterday where my new favourite restaurant in the Philippines was after I posted a sneak peek into it in my stories. ☺️ As someone who eats for work and prefers not to cook her own food, I have much appreciation for restaurants. Such a warm welcome back to our own country. 🇵🇭 . And thank you for introducing us to @delidesanhonore! The Chocnut Beef Belly Barbecue with Mushroom Garlic Rice was pretty much unforgettable. Nutty, slightly sweet, and juicy meat that’s so soft, you don’t even need teeth to chew it. 😂 . Also enjoyed the homemade salad and the crabs from the province of Antique! So fresh and fatty. I missed aligue (crab fat) so much! 😍 Downed everything with water and homemade tarragon tea, made with leaves freshly plucked from DS @iamlorenlegarda’s plants. . Now you know why I was so excited to come back. ❤️ Like in KL and Europe, you know I plan to eat my way around the country again. And I promise to take you with me. 🤗🇵🇭 .
