What did you wish for?... For a cigarette. You don't smoke. No?

Even men like us...even we deserve to be happy.
We’ve all noticed how Thomas’ love language is full and multifaceted - he expresses his love for Varian through words, touch, and looks, but especially looks. He’s always looking at Varian.
Varian, on the other hand, doesn’t allow himself to look, and isn’t capable of expressing his feelings in words. That leaves him with touch and god damn, do his hands speak volumes of the depth of his feelings for Thomas.
Sexy smart Cory Michael Smith characters and their short male counterparts who are obsessed with them
I think this is the first step of Varian starting to be able to show his love for Thomas in public. Until now, being in a room with other people always ment taking a step away from each other and quickly changing the subject of the conversation. Everything to distract the third party from the fact that they are very obviously into eachother. (This, of course, doesn’t work because everyone already knows but I guess it’s the thought that counts.)
Now Thomas looks at Albert stealing away Mary Jane from him and decides to do the same - if Albert can dance with his crush on a party, so can he. And for the first time, Varian doesn’t back away or change the subject.
Helooks awkward, he makes sure he keeps an appropriate distance between Thomas and him while dancing, but he is dancing - with Thomas, the man he loves, just like the other people in the room dance with the people they love.
how tf is there always a flame between them in this scene
