Love HoP.

This evening I went out to Love HoP (House of Prayer) with Ate Vanessa, Kuya Li, Jaime & Coach Scott. It was so relaxing and intense at the same time, it was like a calm spiritual hurricane set on fire, really. Haha. Seriously though, I've never felt so at ease and at peace. I was a bit nervous at first because I've never gone and I really didn't know what to expect, but once there, I could just feel such strong positive vibes and I saw people with a great welcoming aura that truly saw without judgement. I sat on a chair but was later invited to sit on the floor so we can hold hands to pray and praise as one. People were speaking in tongues left to right, shouting praises to our God and although you could hear different words being spoken, when you close your eyes it all blends into one sound; that sound being the voice of His united children's deepest expression of love for our God and how His love for us so pure, so true, it's never ending and never failing. It was an amazing experience and I really can't wait to come back.. Even though I felt like I gave off awkward vibes, being a first timer and all. Hahah, but I seriously wouldlove to come back. Maybe tomorrow when coach decides to go again, who knows? I'm just so grateful that such a group exists and that I was able to come out tonight to learn once again how great God's love is for us and how we are called to share that love in an many ways as we can and in all that we do because "intense love does not measure, it just gives."
