We first started seeing these new Amethyst crystal cluster about a year and a half ago. New finds, and new configurations of crystals are always being found while others fade out or stop producing. It is like playing the stock market. We never know when something will be mined out and the value increased or a new pocket found and the value decreased. For now, we are enjoying these happy royal purple clusters. This is one of our smaller ones and she is just lovely. If you look into some of the faces you will even see faint phantoms. 💜 Phantoms form when the crystal stops growing and a layer of sediment or some other inclusion covers the termination. When the Crystal starts growing again, it incases the inclusions, and creates the Phantoms. To see a video, check out our story. Purple Hair Again! 💜 I love trying out different Semi-permanent colors, and refreshed my purple! You could barely see a slight bit of purple left in the first photo, but decided to update it. Previously I used only Prevana Semi-permanent color in a darker purple for roots, and lighter purple on the rest. This time I mixed the remaining darker purple with the rest of my Unicorn purple I had from another time. It’s brighter, and I’m liking this shade of purple! 💜 I know as I shampoo, it’s going to fade, which I like. 🦄 Because I use semi-permanent color; I only shampoo first, and then apply the color, which is like a conditioning color. I used my New Super Nourish Oil Cream Shampoo before adding my semi-permanent purple mixture. I added my Air Dry Cream by @monatofficial after rinsing all the color out, put my hair in a braid overnight, and woke up with my curls feeling Super Soft! 💜 What do you use for fun colors?
