Day 34

SW: 179 CW: 162 I had my weigh in today and lost 3 pounds! I feel like that's a steady weight loss. I also managed over 10,000 steps today which is a rarity since I sit 99% of the day at work and chasing my kids just isn't enough to boost the numbers. Overall, it was a pretty successful day. 👍🏼👍🏼
