Sorry for my distraction/quietness this week especially! It may still go on a bit tbh 😅 but I have a good reason!! My reason is him:

His name is Denali Knox 🥰 and he’s a Maine Coon kitten! He’s only 13 weeks old and his paws are already close to the size of my palm!!

He’s gonna be a big boy ❤️ I love him so much already

I picked him up yesterday, but when I was about to get him, I couldn’t stop thinking about Oreo. (My cat of 11 years that passed away on my birthday this year unexpectedly.) Especially when this video popped up in my memories of him and my sister’s kitten 2 years ago (don’t have the video only a picture unfortunately)

It of course is the same day as I picked up Denali. I was honestly really emotional, and then I saw this:

At the exact time I was thinking of Oreo, I noticed this white hair on my bag. Realistically? It’s probably not Oreo’s. But just the timing made me feel like this was Oreo’s way of telling me he approves of the new kitten I was about to pick up. Boy did that make me cry.

But in any sense, the first day has been great and I absolutely love Denali. I hope he and my dogs will get along well once they get more used to each other. They’re separated for now to let him adjust.
