Something like a crossbred of Heartbreak High (1994; remember?) and The Secret Life Of Us (2001). But on Netflix, so extra points for that. Lovesick (2014) was good way to start the new year (add pizza & Coca Cola light & hangover). Three episodes down, three to go. Easy, funny, feel-good.

128 minutes of full face smiling (me) and butterflies (also me) and the best way to end 2016. La La Land, definitely on my list to watch again in 2017. Ryan Gosling (good as always) and Emma Stone rock it. Go see.

Love (2016): the perfect series to binge watch season 1 on any given Sunday!

On the verge of giving this one an 8, 5 to 7 (2014) is a perfect rainy Sunday afternoon movie. She (Bérénice Marlohe) is waaaay too pretty. The scenes are often shot in long takes, and New York is also pretty as ever. During the movie, all you hope is that it won’t end in such a cheesy way as might be expected. To see, is up to you.

One of those easy, feel good movies. Top Five (2014) is just that.

Every now and then you come across a movie that's kind of perfect. The Way He Looks (2014) is one of them. The soundtrack, the actors, the story, the styling (nobody not wearing Vans). Watching the trailer on repeat. P.s. this one makes The Fault in Our Stars (see previouw post) suck even more.
