What Does Your #LovingPortrait Look Like? Part 2
Eagerly awaiting the opening of the Loving movie, I asked people what their #LovingPortraits looked like. Fans in the Multiracial Community sent me photos of them: interracial couples, multiracial adults and multiracial families. I was so moved, I wrote a blog about it and asked the question, “What Does Your Loving Portrait Look Like?” Shoot, even Lieutenant Jack McCain—son of Senator John McCain—tweeted a #LovingPortrait of him and his wife Captain Renee Swift McCain. And when asked, Jack McCain gave Multiracial Media permission to run a feature on him and his wife.
So I did. You can read it here.
Well, seems we’ve started something because other people in the Multiracial Community started sharing their #LovingPortraits on our social media pages—in particular our Facebook page.
