STARBUCKS KINDA MORNING😎 I have to drive across town to get my sweetener @swervesweetie because I have only seen it at our local @heb Plus. ☕️ @starbucks is in the same area so I treat myself to a coffee. Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/3 cup granulated erythritol sweetener. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp salt. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/3 cup melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol sweetener. 1 large egg. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, erythritol sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered erythritol sweetener, 1 egg, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over the batter in the baking dish, swirling gently with a knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
