This video illustrates how much better the lower lids can look with a lower eyelid lift. The bags were removed in my patient through an "incisionless" procedure known as a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, one of my favorite procedures. Patients that are good candidates for this type of lower lid surgery have prominent bagging but not a lot of excess skin.
