🌮 Mexican BBQ Brisket 🌮 4 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped) 1 Red onion (chopped) 2 table spoons of #Jalapeños (drained and chopped) Fry the onions for 5 minutes or until soft In 2 tablespoons of oil 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar Add the garlic and Jalapeño 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp of chipotle spice 2 tbsp of tomato paste Salt and pepper Cook for 1 minute Blend in a food processor Salt and pepper the brisket Make sure the spice mix is cool before putting on the meat. Massage the mix into the meat Put in a container or bag to marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. After 2 hours get a deep oven tray, lightly oil the bottom, place the brisket in the tray. 200ml of Beef stock 100ml of fruit red wine or @shloer_official 200ml of #loydgrossman chilli and Tomato sauce Chilli flakes to taste Poor the mix into the tray Seal the tray tight with 2 layers of foil. Cook at 120 degrees for 2hours and turn, then cook for another 2 hours until fork tender ... the fork easily goes into the meat When cooked place the meat on a warm plate to rest.
