У Лозовій тривають відновлювальні роботи після ворожої атаки 4 вересня: тоді внаслідок обстрілу від електропостачання було відключено близько 40 тисяч абонентів у Лозовій та майже 700 абонентів у шести населених пунктах Близнюківської громади.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the attack an example of “absolute evil” and “absolute stupidity.”

As usual, I got annoyed by a dumb commenter claiming it’s CGI, so here’s the building that WAS destroyed in this video from May 20th:

Now, how did I spot it immediately? I follow ukrainianmodernism on Instagram (and if you like modernism, maybe you should too).
Here’s his post on the Palace of Culture (I’m just gonna quote the English part):
A modernist Palace of Culture took a direct hit from a Russian missile today. The attack left 7 wounded, and the building's facade suffered extensive damage.
The Palace of Culture in Lozova, Kharkiv oblast, was opened in 1977, built by the Lozova Forging and Mechanical Plant, the city's biggest enterprise. The modernist building was adorned by several unique objects of monumental art: a wall painting in the interior, and two sculptural compositions outside.
Just recently the building was opened after $1,62 million renovation – the building was insulated and clad with a brown ventilation facade (originally the building was gray). The insulation caught fire after the rocket exploded. It took emergency workers 3 hours to extinguish the fires.
Why am I mad? Because some jerk is claiming it’s CGI when real people got hurt (not just culture- which also hurts in a different way). And you can say ‘he’s just being an idiot on the internet, calm down’, no I will not calm down, there’s a war going on and the longer it takes to end it, the more likely people will stop paying attention and help less. So yeah, I care.
