Liam Payne On His Debut Album & Journey To Solo Stardom
You can see now plain as day, when everyone's out doing their thing, the way that everybody's thoughts were towards what made One Direction into the thing it was. [Int: Yeah, like what Harry's doing is so different than what you're doing versus what Zayn's doing.] Yeah, and I feel like Niall's kind of based himself just left of the band and stuff, cause that was always his sort of sound. I think Niall was the most suited person in One Direction, to sing - Like Slow Hands, to me, sounds like it could have been on one of our albums, you know what I mean? So I think he's always been quite suited there. Louis surprised me with doing the dance stuff now, cause he listens to a lot of indie music, cause he's quite indie, and when I used to write with him, that's what he used to give out. I always wanted to push to do more beats and more hardcore stuff, like this Atlanta sort of stuff. Yeah, so that's what we're all feeling right now. But the funny thing is, everyone's like 'When are you guys coming back?' We're still here. We didn't leave, you know what I mean? It's like there's a One Direction album out there now, we're just not singing it together. That's what it feels like for me.
liam on everyone going solo - tucker in the morning [09.06.17]
now he’s calling out the other boys (again) for never paying him back for the obama statue they gave to niall for his birthday. liam gives NO FUCKS anymore.
