They love fiercely with all their heart, naively with all they got

Sometimes it’s the only thing that keeps me sane.

Sweet youth

Moonlight shines bright on their sleepy eyes.

Sitting outside on a bench, three girls and a boy,

dreaming about what could be.

A bottle filled with stars picked from the canopy,

sparkling in the milky light.

Filling the youngsters bodies' with warmth.

As the night progressed, the magical potion

sparked their imagination.

They told tales and stories and the night seemed infinite.

They cried and tears dropped from laughter and sadness.

Their bond grew stronger by each second.

Oh, what night that was.

Strangers would assume they were drunk on

that mysterious potion they took in turns.

But that sparkling wine had nothing much in it for that consequence.

So, what made them behave like that?

It was pure lust for joy. Eternal youth, a never ending night.

They were high on life.

For that limited time of the night,

We were alive.

I realised now that you were my anchor.

You kept me from floating away into the abyss I fear.

Now, there are only the remnants of your presence

Holding me like an old rope that slowly rips under my weight.

I cannot bare it any longer.

I think I might just break it myself.

At least then, I might be able to forget you and myself perhaps.

And I’ve come to realise that there is so much more.

Don’t limit yourself by only seeing what’s obvious but learn to see what’s lurking behind trouble heartbreak friendship music passion love lust.

Learn to see what’s worth diving in for disguised for it’s opposite.

Uninteresting paths might lead to your greatest adventures.

Be brave and fearless and overall reach out

Because I was told to be different from the way I was.They told me to change, to fit in with them. To fit in somewhere creativity, art, and passion were foreign languages. To be part of a society where superficiality, boredom and monotony are the rule.
