Chocolate Dreamcake I’ve been meaning to try this viral cake in a can. So last weekend, after waiting for almost 2 weeks, it finally arrived! I ordered this thru the facebook page of Le Sucre Lab Chocolates and arranged the pick up date and time via Lalamove. I paid 475 pesos for the Chocolate Dream Cake and 108 pesos for Lalamove service. If you haven’t heard of the service of Lalamove you can research via google. Haha. So there, at first, I thought the cake was big. Since mostly I saw on their instagram page, the cake is as big as the normal chiffon cake that you can buy in a bakery. But I was wrong. It’s a 6” (diameter) cake. Chocolate dream cake has 5 distintctly layers, moist chocolate cake at the very bottom, followed by a layer of thick and gooey ganache, then covered with a creamy and smooth light mixture, a very crisp piece of chocolate (that makes the cake exciting) and generous amount of dark cocoa powder dusting. The cake is also a bit of a dark chocolate so you will never be bored eating this in one sitting.
